About Vegas Furniture Design
Vegas Furniture Design is an online-first furniture retailer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We sell furniture through our website and deliver locally across the Las Vegas valley, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Enterprise. Our mailing address is listed at the bottom of this page for correspondence, but it is not a walk-in retail location. Orders are placed online, by phone, or by text.
Who Can Use This Site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or open an account with us. By using our site, you confirm that you're 18 or older and that any information you give us is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page. Any changes take effect as soon as they're posted, so please check back now and then. If you keep using our site or placing orders after we post changes, that means you accept the updated Terms.
Your Account
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you think someone has used your account without permission. We're not responsible for losses that come from someone else using your account.
Product Information, Pricing, and Availability
We work hard to describe our furniture accurately, but we don't promise that every product description, photo, color, dimension, price, or other detail on our site is complete or error-free. Colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen, and small variations are normal for furniture.
Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price, or if we spot an error in a listing, we have the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, even after you've received an order confirmation. If we cancel an order you've already paid for because of a pricing or listing error, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order isn't final until we accept it and process your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons that include product being out of stock, an error in pricing or product information, a problem with your payment, or a delivery address outside our service area.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
If we offer financing through a third-party partner, that financing is provided by the partner under its own separate terms and approval process, not by Vegas Furniture Design. Approval is never guaranteed and is decided by the financing provider for approved customers only.
Delivery
We deliver within our local Las Vegas service area. Delivery timing, fees, and any setup or placement details are shared during your order. We'll do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, but we can't guarantee exact dates and we're not responsible for delays outside our control.
Please inspect your furniture as soon as it's delivered. If anything arrives damaged, you must contact us right away, within 24 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, you have 5 days from delivery to request a return, every return must be approved by us in writing before anything is sent back, and returned items must be in like-new condition. Damage fees and a restocking fee may apply. Please read the full Refund Policy for all the details before you request a return.
Intellectual Property
Everything on our site, including our text, photos, graphics, logos, page designs, and layout, belongs to Vegas Furniture Design or our partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use our site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or use any of our content for other purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
When you use our site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal or fraudulent
- Copy, scrape, or collect content, prices, or images using bots or automated tools
- Try to break, hack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our site or systems
- Post false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about our site, its content, or the products sold through it, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow certain warranty limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under Nevada law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vegas Furniture Design and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our site or your purchase or use of our products. Where liability can't be fully excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you actually paid us for the product the claim relates to.
Indemnification
You agree to cover and hold Vegas Furniture Design harmless from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from your misuse of our site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, our site, or your purchase will be handled in accordance with Nevada law, and you agree that the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless a separate dispute-resolution agreement applies.
If Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply in full.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Vegas Furniture Design about your use of our site and your purchases, and they replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same topics.
